  BadFormat! is a creative organisation providing creative opportunites to creative people.
     
  This is done through a spirit of collaboration and contribution, through sharing and community. Utilising the remergence of community on social networking and user-driven content sites we hope to enable creative people to develop skills and value through real-world projects.
     
  It's taken a bit of time to actually work out what it is we're trying to do, and how to explain it, but it's basically giving our members regular opportunities to produce something that is usually a huge battle without the right resources - whether it's a clubnight, a published article, a T shirt, a music video or whatever.

Built online by collaboration between writers, designers, artists, students, amateurs andprofessionals, BadFormat! Magazine is the only magazine built by you, for you published in the U.K. A true child of the internet age, fanfaring how content will be produced in the coming decades. With the launch of BadFormat! magazine we aimed to enable young creatives to have an opportunity to publish their work, from articles, photos, and illustrations to tweets and status updates. The magazine is built by an online community who submit and edit the content to produce a publication that is built by, as well as read by, its readership.

BadFormat! Social Club is a creative community venue providing space for live gigs, clubnights, events, lectures, exhibitions and installations. Using the BadFormat! community we intend to promote, house and fund creative projects such as digital installations, small theatre productions, music performances and mini film festivals.
